    Eralan 95A

    Eralan 95A is an isocyanate terminated perppolymer based on NDI and polyol.
    Polymers made from Eralan 95A exhibit outstanding abrasion, impact and chemical resistance, along with high load bearing capacity.
    Eralan 95A is nomally cured with Eracure 45 to produce a 95 shore A elastomer.

    • Processing Procedure

      Eralan 95A should be heated to 90℃ and thoroughly degassed at -95 kPa of vacuum until excessive foaming stops.

      The curative should be added to Eralan 95A, the Eracure 45 should be heated to 45℃. After adding the curative, mix thoroughly, being careful not to introduce air into the mixure.

      Pour mixed materials into moulds that have been preheated to 100-110℃ and pre-coated with release agent.

      Handling Precautions

      Eralan 95A contains small amounts of free NDI. Therefore, the product should be used in well-ventilated areas. Avoid breathing in vapours and protect skin and eyes from contact.
      In case of skin contact, immediately remove excess, wash soap and water. For eye contact, immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes. call a physician
      If nose, thoat or lungs become irritated from breathing in vapours, remove exposed person to fresh air. call a physician.

    Eralan Series 65A-90A

    Eralan Series is a 3 component system based on NDI-POLYESTER which when reacted can give a range of hardness varying from 65 to 90ShA.
    Polymers made from Eralan Series exhibit outstanding abrasion, impact and chemical resistance, along with high load bearing capacity.

    • Processing Procedure

      Eralan 90A should be heated to 90℃ and thoroughly degassed at -95 kPa of vacuum until excessive foaming stops.

      The PC5691 Curative should be added to the Prepolymer followed by the addition of Eralan 45, PC5691 and Eracure 45 should be heated to 45℃. After adding the curative, mix thoroughly, being careful not to introduce air into the mixure.
